She was extremely helpful in explaining the entire home buying process when we were first starting to consider buying, and very patient as we saved up to buy our place. Molly arranged private tours for us when our schedules didn't allow us to make the open houses, and taught us how to look for minor details in houses that we never would have thought to look for. When we finally found our new house, Molly was able to turn around and put an offer in the same day that we toured. Our offer likely would not have been chosen by the sellers if not for Molly being so prompt and responsive with getting everything submitted. She also helped us source inspectors, closing companies, and lenders, which helped us keep our costs as low as possible. Molly was great to work with throughout the whole process, and we can't thank her enough for her work and patience.

She made the whole process smooth, was very communicative, and ensured that as a first-time home buyer, I understood all parts of the process! I felt that I was in safe, incredibly knowledgeable hands! Highly recommend working with her!

From day 1 she came in with a plan on how to properly market and price our home and was there for guidance and advice every step of the way from staging to recommendations for contractors to frequent reassurance of any worries we might have had. She was always responsive and prompt. We were able to reach a quick deal and close on the sale of our home in the timeline we had set out from the beginning. She brings all the knowledge and personality you’d want in an agent who will facilitate such an important transaction. We couldn’t recommend Molly highly enough, you’ve found your real estate agent.

With my condo, she suggested a price that would generate interest, rapidly organized the staging and website promotion, held three open houses over three days, and came in with seven offers -- all within 2 weeks of our first contact. She worked the competition to tweak the offers and then offered solid reasoning for the one she considered the all-around best. She proceeded to lock up the deal in a no-muss, no-fuss fashion. The place sold for well over the asking price. Molly was a spectacular real estate agent! She is exceptionally knowledgeable of the DC market, a consummate professional, extremely personable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. She helped guide us on our home search during the ever-changing housing market landscape at the backend of 2022, and helped us find our dream home! She is also very engaged with many of the other realtors in the area, which gives her an even bigger leg up when identifying new homes coming on the market. She also has a wealth of great recommendations on lenders, appraisers, home inspectors, and contractors which came in handy. Could not recommend her highly enough!

After going through two other real estate agents and searching in the dead of winter, my fiancée and I were having no fun and no success. Enter Molly's positive attitude and willingness to show us properties at the drop of a hat. She is personable, knows the DC metro area inside-out, and has no pushiness during the process. After several months and many comparisons of properties (thanks for all the information packets Molly!), we were able to find the perfect home for myself, my fiancée and our dog :) However, that was the easy part. In a competitive situation, Molly helped us write a compelling offer and we had our package accepted by the seller before any of the open houses. All this is a long-winded way of saying that if you're looking for a realtor, you can't do much better than Molly!

Alexandra was incredibly helpful throughout my entire home buying experience. I was moving from out of state and had to do most things over text and email. She was very patient with me as I was new to the entire process. Highly recommend for anyone moving to the DMV.

Buying a house for the first time was something I anticipated to be a very stressful experience; however with Molly as my realtor, that was not the case. She made the entire endeavor a fun, comfortable process while keeping me informed and educated every step of the way and never getting discouraged by the challenges of finding something that fit my wishlist. Her expertise and thorough involvement really quelled any apprehensions I had about closing on a home. Molly made me feel like a friend and less like a case - it was very obvious that everything she did was truly with my best interest in mind. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a property and I am 100% confident in saying she will be my choice of agent for any future purchases. My wife and I purchased our first with home with Molly last Summer. At the time, we were living in San Diego and were going to have to purchase our home in DC sight unseen. As stressful as this could have been for us, working with Molly gave us the peace of mind we really needed during a difficult cross country move. She has an extensive wealth of knowledge of the DC market and helped us narrow down the neighborhoods that fit our lifestyle with our newborn. Molly was always on top of bringing us listings that she thought would fit our needs and budget and the amount of walk throughs, videos, and pictures she sent to us made us feel as if we were there in person. We've been in our new home for almost a year now and couldn't be happier with our current situation. My wife and I have nothing but the best to say about Molly and WILL be working with her again in the future.

Alexandra was great to work with! She was incredibly helpful and communicative. I wasn’t able to visit places as I was moving from Florida, but she made the entire process very easy by touring, and sending pictures and videos. She was also a great resource and advocate from beginning the apartment search to signing the lease, and checking in after I moved in.

I would highly recommend Molly to others and will be using her services again when it's time for me to move.
